Dive Turks & Caicos!

                                                             Turks and Caicos Islands Map

Join us on an unforgettable trip to Turks and Caicos, June 23 - 30, 2012! These islands will take your breath away. Lush tropical plants, stunning white sand beaches lined in turquoise and deep blue, and friendly local people all make for an enjoyable vacation destination above water, but it's what lies beneath that's really worth getting excited about!

Turks and Caicos is known for some of the best wall diving in the world! The extensive coral reef here is 65 miles wide and 100 miles long and hold some of the highest numbers of fish, invertebrate and coral species in the Caribbean. Fantastic visibility, calm seas and low currents are common year-round. Dramatic drop-offs facilitate deep water upwellings that feed a very rich coral reef. The finger canyons and "cut and groove" coral formations along these walls make for stunning scenery and amazing blue water vistas. These islands are home to 5 different black coral species, deep-water gorgonians, as well as huge sponge and coral formations. Rays, large school of fish, reef sharks, large pelagics, even mantas are spotted frequently, especially in the summer!

Our Location on the North End of Providenciales, one of the 10 inhabited islands out of the 40 island chain, is the best location for getting to those outer uninhabited Islands where pristine reefs are the homes to thousands of fish and invertebrate species. In addition this island has a very good infrastructure for tourism, including a championship golf course or mini golf if you prefer. We will be staying at the Comfort Suites Ports of Call, on Grace Bay, a newly renovated hotel with a swimming pool, private beach area, pool bar, and access to the Ports of Call Center where you will find many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Each Deluxe Junior Suite features new marble bathrooms, large flat screen tvs, refrigerators, coffee makers, microwaves, safe, WiFi, and sitting areas with pull-out sofas. This hotel is a 1-2 minute walk to our dive shop, Dive Provo.

Dive Provo, one of the largest dive operators in Providenciales, will take care of all of our diving needs! They have a well-run organization with spacious boats, professional staff, and nitrox available for the week. They will even take care of the washing and storing of your gear every day if you prefer. Our itinerary includes 4 Days of 2-Tank boat dives and 1 Day of outer islands diving, which includes 3 dives and lunch. We will have the time to add one additional day of diving if you desire.

We look forward to sharing this beautiful destination with you!
